Very very helpful staff, had really amazing stay!!!

The beds were big, I slept well. It was cosy with best bathroom.

The staff is always available, and you can custom order breakfast the night before. Room cleaning and communication are done via WhatsApp, making it super convenient. The location is peaceful, away from traffic noise. There's a friendly shop next door owned by an elderly couple. Rooms are spacious, with hot showers and storage. Good wifi. Walking distance to Plaza de Armas area. Plenty of nearby dining options. The beds are excellent, and the facilities are well-maintained. The owner is always helpful, and laundry service is great. a jaw-dropping experience and highly recommended to everyone!

We had such a great time during our 4-night stay. the staff were super friendly and nice. Our room was really clean and had its own bathroom. the location was awesome, right in the heart of everything 🌟.

The shuttle service from the nearest airport was just amazing, felt like a VIP! The room was cozy and the hot water in the bathroom was a pleasant surprise. Cons: Who needs breakfast or Wi-Fi when you can have early departures and poor connection? Such a treat!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Cusco! The location was very nice, just a short walk to downtown. The room was spacious and the bed was super comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, even arranging a cab to the airport for me. I felt well taken care of during my entire stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location and excellent service.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was great - it was quiet and safe, yet still close to convenient amenities like a mini mart. The cleanliness of the rooms was perfect, and the hot water in the showers was always available. The owner was very helpful and organized, arranged tours and taxis for us. The facilities were great, with excellent beds and good wifi. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay even better.

The airport shuttle service was amazing, it felt like flying first class! The staff even welcomed me with a red carpet, what a royal treatment!

Oh, but of course, the hairdryer! It was almost as powerful as a gentle breeze on a warm summer day.
